Robert "Degle" Diggle Seminar

Foundations is pleased to announce another seminar this year, a visit from leglock wizard and highly sought after instructor Robert "Degle" Diggle.  Robert will only be in the States for about a week this fall, and we are incredibly pleased that we were able to arrange for him to teach at Foundations on Friday, Oct 17 at 6pm.

Robert is internationally recognized for his systematic and highly effective approach to jiu jitsu, particularly in the realm of lower-limb submissions. A black belt under Brandon Bennett of the Renzo Gracie Academy, Robert has taught in more than 30 countries across 3 continents and holds numerous titles, including ADCC gold medals in Sweden, Singapore, Perth, and Kuala Lumpur. With over 60 recorded professional wins, and an 86% submission rate, Robert has become one of the most respected instructors and competitors in the world today.
