Foundations is pleased to announce its next seminar, and the first in our new space, a visit from Checkmat standout, Adam Wardziński.  Reknowned for his butterfly guard, Adam has been amongst the most exciting competitors in the world for some time, and we are honored to be able host him during his first ever US Seminar tour.  

Please join us Monday, July 22 at 6pm for technique, QA and rolling.  All affiliations welcome.  Attendance for this seminar is strictly limited to 40 people.
